We have over 20 lots that are available for construction of our floor plans and we always have inventory homes that are available for immediate close. Berry Creek Georgetown has 2 sections that Bowen Family Homes is currently building new homes. The Woods has homes that are starting in the $220K's and with sizes ranging from 1833 sq-ft all the way to 3005 sq-ft. All of our construction in The Woods has standard features that include, fully sodded yard with sprinklers front and back, 4 sides masonry, 30 year three tab shingles, fireplaces, Whirlpool Appliances and more. From April 2008 through this Spring we are also offering Granite Counter tops for no additional charge.
Berry Creek - The Reserve is a luxury neighborhood boasting estates up to 4,000 sq ft and side entry garages. Our estates range in size from 2,600 sq ft up to 4,000 sq ft. Many of our floor plans have home theater options, 3 car garages, decks, and large tree lined lots. Standard features include, 18 inch diagonally laid tile, 46 inch wood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, gutters and garage door openers. In the Reserve most everything is standard and included in the price; you just need to pick your colors and your lot. Our prices begin from $299k and we have 3 floor plans that are single story (2800 sq ft to 3221 sq ft).
